On this page, you will find my action plans that I carried out over the course of the practicum as well as a progress report that I wrote at certain points throughout the year. In the Results and Artifacts tabs, I discuss what I learned through reflections and show some of the artifacts, data, and data collection mechanisms that I created to execute the action plans.

My personal goal with each action plan was to come up with a tool that I can use when I'm a principal someday in each of these important areas of the profession, while displaying that these tools meet the requirements of the Core and Corollary competencies.
